WS: The Amazing Race is a successful reality series. It's not often that someone can produce hit shows that are in entirely different genres. What are the challenges of producing that show? I imagine it's much different than a drama shot on a set.

WS: A lot of other writers and creators complain about the pilot process, saying it's not their preferred way of developing shows for the networks. Are you OK with the pilot system or would you like to see it done some other way?
